My stay at this boutique hotel was overall quite enjoyable. It boasts an excellent location near many attractions, and the breakfast was a treat with plenty of variety. However, the room I stayed in was a bit compact, which made it a little challenging for two people to navigate with luggage. Additionally, the air conditioning could use improvement as it struggled to keep the room cool during my visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cellai, where the unique decor and historical charm made my visit truly special. The location was fantastic, allowing for easy access to the train station and major attractions. However, I did find the noise from the street a bit disruptive during the night, especially from the front rooms. Overall, it offers great value for a boutique experience, but the room size could be improved for comfort.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, but the breakfast experience could use some improvement to meet higher expectations. The standout service provided by the staff enhances the overall stay significantly. Overall, it's a great value for a short getaway in this beautiful city.

The hotel has some wonderful staff who truly make an effort to help you feel comfortable during your stay. The character and charm of the hotel, combined with the delightful breakfast, are its strong points. However, the rooms are in need of modernization and maintenance, which affected our overall experience. Noise was also an issue due to the street activity below and thin walls, making it a bit challenging for a longer stay.

Rooms

Our stay at Hotel Cellai was truly enjoyable with its charming atmosphere and spacious rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, yet we encountered a hiccup with the honesty bar system which needs some re-evaluation. The location was superb for exploring Florence, close to major attractions, but the breakfast could use a few improvements to keep the items fresh. Overall, it was a great experience with just a couple of minor issues.
